Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, recently communicated a set of productivity guidelines to his staff in an email to enhance operational efficiency at Tesla.
Musk’s six rules for productivity are:
1. Avoid Large Meetings:
Elon Musk thinks meetings with lots of people are a drag. They take too long and people are afraid to speak up. Instead, he likes smaller meetings where everyone feels involved and they can actually get things done, not just talk about them.
2. Leave a Meeting if You’re Not Contributing:

3. Forget the Chain of Command:
